Main tasks of the position:

Management of Human Resources and Production of the Manufacturing shift. New products and Transfers (active participation in projects).

• Supervision of batch starts and cleaning.
• Supervision of machinery.
• Supervision of direct labour.
• Supervision of the periodic calibration status of equipment.
• Preparation and supervision of batch documentation: protocol, labels, annexes, etc.
• Preparation of documentation (Procedures, DEs....etc.).
• Processing of quantities and times in the SCA system.
• Requesting sample analysis to Quality Control.
• Collaborate with the Production Technicians in the organisation activities, -coordination of personnel, proposals for improvements and training.
• Control of the material needs of the section.
• Technical assistance
• Proposing process and equipment improvements.
•  

Training / Experience

• High level of technical English.
• Demonstrable experience in the area of Oral Solids Production in the Pharmaceutical Industry will be an asset.
   

Other skills/experience:

• Operation of ERP system, SAP or similar.
• Management of machinery and production equipment will be an asset:
• Granulation equipment (dry and wet).
• Compression equipment.
• Coating equipment.
• Fluid bed equipment 
• Encapsulation equipment
• Pellet manufacturing equipment
• Master's Degree in Pharmaceutical Industry is an asset
